Siris, Firms to Pay $1.1 Million to Settle SEC Allegations

Fund manager Peter Siris and two of his firm agreed to pay more than $1.1 million to settle U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission allegations tied to a Chinese reverse merger company, the agency said.
