Shooting-Spree Survivor Says DHS Tips Common Sense

July 26 (Bloomberg) -- Colin Goddard, one of the survivors of the Virginia Tech massacre in 2007, talks with Bloomberg's Jeff Bliss about the Department of Homeland Security's booklet on how to lessen the likelihood of becoming a casualty of a shooting spree. Goddard, who was shot four times by Seung-Hui Cho, is now an assistant director at the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence, which advocates for gun control. (Source: Bloomberg)
