ONGC Offers to Sell Russian Sokol Crude for Loading in October

ONGC Videsh Ltd. (ONGC) is seeking to sell 700,000 barrels of Russia’s Sokol crude for October loading, according to a document e-mailed to potential buyers.

The company is a wholly owned unit of Oil & Natural Gas Corp., India’s largest explorer. Details of the offer are as follow:

Crude:        Sokol
Quantity:     700,000 barrels
Loading:      Oct. 3 to Oct. 6
Port:         DeKastri Terminal, Russia’s Far East
Bids open:    July 25, 9:30 a.m. New Delhi time
Bid validity: July 26, 6:30 p.m. New Delhi time
