Algerian Inflation Rate Accelerates to 7.3% in June, APS Reports

Algeria’s annual inflation rate rose to 7.3 percent in June compared with 6.9 percent in May.

The increase was driven mainly by higher costs for food, the state-run Algerie Presse Service news agency reported today, citing the National Statistics Office.
