Credit Suisse Sent Names to U.S. to Avoid Charges, Le Temps Says

Credit Suisse Group AG transferred documents and emails containing employee names to the U.S. authorities, reducing the risk of the U.S. initiating prosecutions, Le Temps reported, citing an interview with Chief Executive Officer Brady Dougan.

Dougan declined to provide the number of names handed over, the Swiss newspaper said.
