Ukraine’s state debt, including guarantees, declined 0.4 percent last month as the government repaid part of its loan to Russian bank VTB Group.
Debt fell to $60 billion as of June 30 from $60.25 billion a month earlier, the Finance Ministry, based in the capital, Kiev, said today in a statement on its website.
Domestic debt grew to $24 billion from $22.8 billion, while foreign debt dropped to $22.7 billion from $24.2 billion, it said.
