Spain to Make 6,000 Union Members Return to Work, Mundo Reports

Spain will make 6,000 public-sector workers, two thirds of those who devote their time to union duties, return to work starting Oct. 1, El Mundo reported.

The plan will generate savings of 252 million euros ($309 million), the newspaper said, citing data from the Budget Ministry.
