Ukraine’s Grain Exports Fell 87% Over July 1-11, ProAgro Says

Ukraine’s exports of grain fell 87 percent in the first 11 days of July from the same period a month earlier, agriculture researcher ProAgro said, citing preliminary information from Ukrainian ports.

Shipments were 107,910 metric tons in July 1-11, compared with 840,350 tons in the earlier period, ProAgro said in an e- mailed statement today.

Exports of wheat fell 74 percent to 59,160 tons from 225,250 tons, the researcher based in Kiev said. Corn exports declined 92 percent to 47,250 tons from 556,610 million tons, it said.
