Pan American Energy Says 87% of Cerro Dragon Oil Output Restored

Pan American Energy LLC, a BP Plc (BP/) 60 percent-owned joint venture, said its Cerro Dragon field is producing 87 percent of the oil equivalent that it was before construction workers occupied the plant on June 21.

About 98 percent of the oil wells in the southern Argentine province of Chubut were back in production on July 12, the company said in an e-mailed statement today.
