Dutch Two-Year Note Yield Falls Below Zero for First Time

Dutch two-year government notes advanced, pushing the yield on the securities below zero for the first time.

The two-year rate fell one basis point to minus 0.003 percent as of 10:29 a.m. London time, the lowest since Bloomberg started tracking the data in 1994.
