Togo’s Prime Minister Hands in Resignation of Entire Government

Togolese Prime Minister Gilbert Houngbo and his government resigned yesterday, state broadcaster Television Togolaise reported.

Houngbo’s government was appointed in 2008, according to a statement on the broadcaster’s website. No reason was given for the resignation, according to the statement.
