Formosa Petrochemical Corp. (6505) offered to sell its second August-loading cargo of jet fuel, according to a company official.

Taiwan’s only publicly traded oil refiner sold 300,000 barrels for Aug. 1 to Aug. 5 loading at a premium of 5 cents a barrel to benchmark quotes on July 4, the official said, asking not to be identified because of internal rules.
