Kasimpasaspor, an Istanbul-based soccer team, said it signed 31-year-old Swedish national team goalkeeper Andreas Isaksson to a three-year deal.
Isaksson will join the team in training at a one-month training camp that begins in the Netherlands today, Kasimpasa Spor Kulubu said in a statement on its website. It didn’t give financial terms of the deal.
Isaksson previously played for PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands and between 1999 and 2001 for Juventus in Italy, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. He has 139 appearances for the Swedish national team, according to Kasimpasaspor’s statement.
