OAO Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port headed for the biggest daily gain in a week as operations resumed after flooding.

The shares jumped 1 percent to 2.84 rubles as of 10:28 a.m. in Moscow, poised for the sharpest advance since July 2. Operations at the Black Sea port were halted for about four hours on July 7, the company said in e-mailed statements the same day.
