Clal Industries and Investments Ltd. advanced to the highest in almost three weeks after IDB Development Corp. said it completed the sale of a stake in the investment company to Access Industries Holdings Inc.
The shares of Tel Aviv-based Clal increased 4.2 percent to 12.57 shekels, the highest on a closing basis since June 18, at 2:56 p.m. in Tel Aviv. IDB Holding Corp. (IDBH), which has an 86.83 percent stake in IDB Development according to data compiled by Bloomberg, gained 3.1 percent to 13.40 shekels.
