Levitt Says Robert Diamond to Blame for Libor Scandal (Audio)

Arthur Levitt, former chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and senior adviser to Goldman Sachs, says Robert Diamond, former chief executive officer of Barclays Plc, is culpable for the firm's improper manipulation of the Libor interest rate. Levitt talks with Bloomberg's Ken Prewitt and Tom Keene on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
