Russia Has No Plans to Curb Grain Exports, Deputy Minister Says

Russia “has no plans” to restrict grain exports this season, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said on his Twitter page in response to a question from a user of the social network.

Russia barred all cereal exports in August 2010 as a drought seared fields and kept the ban in place until July 1 of last year.
