AF Gruppen ASA (AFG), a Norwegian construction company, won about 220 million kroner ($37 million) of contracts to build sewage treatment plants in Bergen. The Flesland and Holen facilities when completed next year will handle sewage water for almost 300,000 people, the Oslo-based company said today on its website.
“Infrastructure projects within fresh water supply and sewage is a growing market in Norway,” AF Group Chief Executive Officer Pal Egil Ronn said in a statement.
