Armatori Ferroviari to Build Serbian Railway Link, Tanjug Says

Consorzio Armatori Ferroviari Scpa of Italy will build a 10.5-kilometer (6.5 miles) section of a central Serbian railroad, Tanjug newswire reported, citing the general manager of Zeleznice Srbije, the state railways.

Consorzio Armatori Ferroviari won the tender for the stretch between Gilje and Paracin, 150 kilometers south of Belgrade, offering to build it for 16.2 million euros ($20.4 million) in 415 days, said the report citing Milovan Markovic.
