Corn Futures Extend Rally, Gain as Much as 2.8%

Corn futures for December delivery rose 2.4 percent to $6.475 a bushel at 7:55 a.m. on the Chicago Board of Trade. The price extended this week’s rally after falling as much as 1.6 percent following reports from the U.S. Department of Agriculture on inventory and acreage.
