Toprak Group, a Turkish holding company that lost control of many assets after the failure of its lender Toprakbank, said it has paid off all its debt to the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund.
The repayment means that 22 companies and 21 industrial facilities belonging to the group will be returned to the management of the Toprak family, according to an e-mailed statement from the company.
