Ukraine’s government may introduce a floating import duty on oil products, Kommersant-Ukraine newspaper reported, citing a person with the knowledge of the matter at the Cabinet who did not want to be identified.

The government wants local oil refineries to increase processing of crude oil, the Kiev-based newspaper reported.
