Rosneft Said to Offer 200,000 Tons ESPO Crude for August Loading

Russian oil producer OAO Rosneft (ROSN) is offering to sell two 100,000 metric-ton cargoes of East Siberia- Pacific Ocean oil for loading in August, said two traders who received the tender document, asking not to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak to the media.

Details of the offer are as follows:

Crude:        ESPO (Russia)
Quantity:     2 x 100,000 tons (2 x 730,000 barrels)
Loading:      Aug. 16-19, Aug. 28-31
Pricing:      Platts Dubai, free-on-board
Port:         Kozmino Terminal, Russia’s Far East
Close:        June 27, 2 p.m Moscow time
Validity:     June 28
