At Least 450 Missing in Uganda After Landslides, Monitor Says

At least 450 people are missing following yesterday’s landslides in eleven Ugandan villages in the eastern district of Bududa, Daily Monitor reported, citing eyewitnesses.

At least 18 people died and nine others were hospitalized, the Kampala-based newspaper reported, citing the Uganda Red Cross Society.
