U.S. 10-Year Notes Pare Advance; Yield Little Changed at 1.66%

U.S. 10-year notes pared an advance, leaving the yield on the securities little changed at 1.66 percent as of 10:40 a.m. London time.

The yield earlier dropped as much as three basis points, or 0.03 percentage point, to 1.62 percent.
