Putin May Name Titov Business Rights Ombudsman, Kommersant Says

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin may name Boris Titov, the chairman of the Delovaya Rossiya business lobby group and a member of Putin’s People’s front, the ombudsman for entrepreneurs’ rights at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum today, Kommersant reported, citing people familiar with the discussion.
