June 18, 2012

A second uprising and fire broke out at the Sanliurfa prison in southeastern Turkey, a day after 13 prisoners were killed there, NTV television reported.

Thirteen people died at the E-Type jail yesterday after prisoners protested conditions by setting beds and blankets on fire, the state-run Anatolia news agency said.
