Linha Amarela SA, which holds concessions for toll roads in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro, sold 386.7 million reais of 15-year bonds, Moody’s Investors Service reported in an e-mailed statement.

The company, known as Lamsa, is a subsidiary of Investimentos & Participacoes em Infraestrutura SA - Invepar.
