VAT Luganskteplovoz (LTPL), Ukraine’s biggest train producer, which is a part of Russia’s ZAO Transmashholding, seeks to cut 15 percent of jobs this year and another 10 percent next year, Kommersant-Ukraine newspaper reported, citing plant director Pavel Cesnek.
