Turkey’s Ulker May Buy Some Rainford Assets, Mergermarket Says

Ulker Biskuvi Sanayi AS (ULKER), Turkey’s largest sweets maker, is in talks with Ukraine’s Rainford Group to buy its confectionary assets, Mergermarket reported, citing two people close to the situation that it didn’t name.

The talks may be concluded within a month, and Ulker may spend more than $600 million on acquisitions this year, Mergermarket said citing one of the people.
