Batista Plans to Sell 49% of AUX for Up to $2 Bln, Folha Says

Brazilian billionaire Eike Batista said Wednesday he plans to sell a 49 percent stake in his AUX gold business for as much as $2 billion, Folha de S. Paulo reported on its website.

Batista is negotiating with five separate buyers and expects to conclude the sale in September, Folha said.
