Cable May Alter Proposed Executive Pay Reforms, FT Says

U.K. Business Secretary Vince Cable will introduce plans to mandate a binding shareholder vote on executive’s future compensation every three years, the Financial Times reported, citing unidentified people familiar with the situation.

Initial proposals required shareholders to hold a binding vote annually, the newspaper said.
