U.S. Stocks Reverse Losses as Telephone, Health-Care Stocks Gain

U.S. stocks reversed losses as telephone and health-care companies led gains and investors awaited weekend meetings of European finance officials for news of a potential bailout of Spain.

The Standard & Poor’s 500 Index was little changed at 1,313.83 at 10:41 a.m. in New York after losing as much as 0.6 percent in early trading.
