Kansas City Board of Trade to Extend Pit-Trading Hours for Grain

The Kansas City Board of Trade will extend its open-outcry trading for grain contracts by 45 minutes to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, spokeswoman Shelia Summers said by telephone today. The close, which is currently at 1:15 p.m., will match pit trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
