OAO Sberbank, Russia’s biggest lender, filed a claim for 3.1 billion rubles ($94 million) at a district court in Moscow after JFC Group, a fruit importer, failed to pay back debt, Vedomosti reported, citing a court transcript.

A JFC representative declined to comment, the newspaper said.
