Russian capital outflows reached a net $46.5 billion in the first five months of the year, central bank Chairman Sergey Ignatiev said, citing preliminary data.
That includes $5.8 billion in May, which “is a lot for our country,” Ignatiev told reporters at a conference in St. Petersburg today.
