CTC Media Inc. (CTCM:US)’s average daily share of viewers in Moscow aged 18-years-old and above fell to 5.3 percent in the week to June 3, data compiled by TNS-Global show.
The share of viewers in Moscow for the CTC TV channel, the Nasdaq-listed Russian media company’s biggest source of revenue, declined from 5.8 percent in the week to May 27. CTC slipped behind REN TV, becoming the sixth-most watched television channel in Moscow, data researcher TNS-Global said in an e-mail today.
NTV Television, Pervyi Kanal, Rossiya-1 and TNT also ranked ahead of CTC among Moscow viewers in the week to June 3, TNS- Global data show.
The average daily audience among viewers four-years-old and over in Moscow for CTC fell to 6 percent in the week to June 3 from 6.6 percent in the previous week. CTC remained the fifth- most-watched in audience rankings in the week to June 3, the data show. NTV Television, Pervyi Kanal, Rossiya-1 and TNT ranked ahead of CTC, TNS-Global said.
