Circle Holdings Ltd. (CIRC), the first private health-care company to manage a public hospital in the U.K., is poised to bid for another contract, the Sunday Telegraph said, citing the company’s chief executive officer, Ali Parsa.

The board of the 344-bed George Eliot hospital is open to public and private sector partners, the newspaper said, citing the hospital’s chief executive officer Kevin McGee.
