Crude Oil Extends Drop in as U.S. Payrolls Miss Estimates

Crude extended its decline in New York after U.S. payrolls climbed less than forecast last month.

The contract for July delivery slid $3.48, or 4 percent, to $83.05 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange as of 1:31 p.m. London time.
