Sanofi Planning Further Acquisitions, Board Member Tells Boersen

Hanspeter Spek, President of Global Operations at Sanofi (SAN) said the company is considering additional acquisitions, Boersen Zeitung reported citing an interview.

Spek said the company had a very strong free and operating cash flow and is ready for “external growth,” the newspaper reported.
