Endemol NV is considering merging with John de Mol’s Talpa Media Holding NV, Het Financieele Dagblad cited Endemol Chief Financial Officer Just Spee as saying in an interview.

The producer of the “Big Brother” TV shows needs to complete its debt restructuring before it can make a large strategic move, the newspaper said, citing Spee.
