Rosneft Said to Offer ESPO Crude Cargo for Late-July Loading

Russian oil producer OAO Rosneft (ROSN) is offering to sell 100,000 metric tons of East Siberia-Pacific Ocean oil for loading in late July, said two traders who received the tender document, declining to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak to the media.

Details of the offer are as follows:

Crude:        ESPO (Russia)
Quantity:     100,000 tons (730,000 barrels)
Loading:      July 20-23
Pricing:      Platts Dubai, free-on-board
Port:         Kozmino Terminal, Russia’s Far East
Bids close:   May 29, 2 p.m Moscow time
Validity:     May 29
