India’s ONGC Offers to Sell 35,000 Tons of Naphtha in Tender

India’s Oil & Natural Gas Corp., known as ONGC, is offering to sell 35,000 metric tons of naphtha for loading in June from the port of Hazira, according to a tender document obtained by Bloomberg News.
