Canada Canola Processing Falls 0.5% in Week, Soybean Crush Drops

Canadian mills processed 0.5 percent less canola and soybean crushing fell 13 percent in the week ended May 23, compared with a week earlier, an industry group said.

Mills crushed 123,581 metric tons of canola, also known as rapeseed, and 24,972 tons of soybeans, the Winnipeg, Manitoba- based Canadian Oilseed Processors Association said today in a statement.
