Brazil May Free Up More Reserve Requirements, O Globo Reports

Brazil’s government is considering measures to revive economic growth, including freeing up more reserve requirements to increase loans, O Globo reported, without saying where it got the information.

The government may also cut taxes on energy and telecom services to reduce production costs for companies, the Rio de Janeiro-based newspaper said.
