S7 group shareholders Vladislav Filev and his wife Natalia are planning to sell their 71.3 percent share in the Russian group’s airline Siberia (AVSI), Interfax reported, citing an unidentified person.
The shareholders made a proposal to Aeroflot and Transaero, and the price range is $300 million to $350 million, the person said according to Interfax. Siberia’s press office denied that shareholders are considering selling the airline, Interfax said.
