Switzerland’s benchmark stock index, the Swiss Market Index, was unchanged at 5797.51 at 9:29 a.m.

Ten stocks in the index of 20 stocks traded on the Electronic Bourse System rose, while 6 fell.

Declines in the Swiss Market Index were led by Transocean Ltd. and Credit Suisse AG while Cie Financiere Richemont SA (CFR) and Swatch Group AG (UHR), the two biggest Swiss watchmakers rose.
