A slowdown in Chinese oil demand may put consumption forecasts “at risk,” Morgan Stanley (MS:US) analysts includingHussein Allidina said in a report dated yesterday. The country’s crude usage climbed by 296,000 barrels a day according to first-quarter data from the government. That is a lower rate than the 512,000 barrels in the bank’s outlook for the year.
