NBG Said to Tap UBS, BofA to Advise on Finansbank Insurer

VHV Vermoegensanlage AG, a German insurer, will buy 40 percent of Nart Sigorta & Reasurans Brokerligi AS, a non-life Turkish company, Turkey’s antitrust board said today on its website.

Nart, an Istanbul-based insurance company operating since 1999, is owned by Levent Nart, a German-educated insurance broker, according to its website.
