Intereuropa First-Quarter Profit Advances to 4.5 Million Euros

Intereuropa Group d.d., Slovenia’s main freight distribution company, said net income in the first quarter advanced to 4.5 million euros ($5.7 million) from 0.7 million euros a year earlier.

Revenue dropped 16 percent to 47.4 million euros as the company closed units in France and Germany and on lower transit of goods from Ukraine, the Koper-based Intereuropa (IEKG) said in a regulatory statement today.
